  • All sales are final. I do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products once they have been purchased. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

  • While I do not offer refunds or accept returns, I am committed to ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

    • Notify me within 7 business days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Email theradicalsocialworker@gmail.com Subject: Damaged item

    • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging. This helps me assess the situation and improve our shipping process.

    • Once I receive your request and verify the damage or defect, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly. Depending on stock availability, this may take 14 business days.

  • Please note that I do not replace items in the following situations:

    • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or accidents after the item has been received.

    • Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
